Committee Welcome

Committee Welcome

The plans for our reunion are coming together nicely, but we need your help to make this event a huge success! Get on the phone, jump on Facebook, pull up your contact list and tell your friends - we want to see everyone at the reunion.

Part of our personal history is shared through our years of high school. Those old walls hold a small piece of each of our lives, when a few short years seemed an eternity. Now is the opportunity to revisit those crazy high school memories. Looking back, I have a new appreciation for those days. The years have shown me that while new friends are fabulous, it's old friends who bring joy and meaning to life.

Be sure to update your contact information so we can keep in touch. Continue to check back for updates and new information. We look forward to seeing you at this special once-in-a-decade occasion.

FAQs

F.A.Q.

If you have a question that doesn't appear here, please feel free to contact us. Our intent is to help make your reunion experience very enjoyable.

The price is based on class size, reunion location, menu selection, etc. Keep in mind that the price you pay for your reunion ticket covers more than just your dinner. There are many other costs involved in planning a reunion such as printing, postage, decorations, name badges, entertainment, finding classmates, publicity, website, database management, reservation processing and staffing. You are buying a ticket to an event that only happens once every ten years!

Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. You can use your credit card with all mail, phone, fax, or internet orders.

The normal deadline for reserving for a reunion is approximately one month prior which is stated in your reunion invitation. However, we realize that sometimes circumstances may prevent you from sending your payment by the deadline. Not a problem -- we accept phone, fax, and internet orders up to midnight the Tuesday before your reunion (additional fees apply).

Reservation confirmation will be emailed to you prior to the reunion. You must provide your email address in order to receive this notice.

First, make sure you have submitted your email address to us. Varsity Reunions and your committee rely on email to communicate with classmates. If you have submitted your email and are not receiving announcements, it could be that your ISP is blocking emails coming from Varsity Reunions. To ensure you receive the announcements, add the domain name, varsityreunions.com, to your safe sender list.

We highly recommend making a reservation prior to the night of the reunion. We can accept a limited number of people who choose to pay at the door. We accept cash and credit cards only at the door. Personal checks will not be accepted the night of the reunion.

The best way to find out who will be attending your reunion is to get the information from a committee member. Varsity Reunions regularly updates the committee on reunion attendees.

Most reunion invitations suggest semi-formal or dressy casual. The most important thing to remember is to wear something that you feel comfortable in. A good rule of thumb to follow is to dress like you would if you were attending an evening wedding.

A refund will be provided, less a cancellation fee, upon written request which must be submitted to Varsity Reunions at least 7 days prior to your reunion. See our Terms of Use for more details.
